When you first join the association, you become a provisional member. For you to become a full professional member, you are required to send all documents listed below.

• Member's Agreement (Terms & Conditions) 　>> Please print, sign and return to us.
• IPA New Membership & Renewal Form (Professional) 　>> Please print, sign and return to us with fees (unless paid online)
• Commonwealth statutory declaration forms 　>> Please print 4 sets. 1 is for you to declare that you have been working as a professional psychic. The other 3 are for you to ask 3 different clients to declare that they have received accurate readings from you. Please make photocopies and keep with you.
  Please send us the originals in ONE ENVELOPE. Please send to IPA, PO Box 5645, South Windsor NSW 2756.

• [Payment] Please pay membership online. You can also send a cheque or money order to us. Instruction is printed on the New Membership & Renewal Form.

Once we receive all 4 sets of stats decs and signed Member's Agreement (Terms & Conditions) with membership dues, we will send you a professional membership certificate. We will also include your name & contact number in our database for recommendation for public plus on our website (unless you prefer not to)
